  • Fun and Laughter
    • Make sure you have fun and laughter every day. All work and no play makes you dull.
  • Purpose
    • Find a purpose and a higher goal in your act. It will help you connect more to what you do when you see the bigger picture. Having a purpose drives your energy and helps you grow.
  • Good Relationships
    • It is very important to surround yourself with positive people and positive energy. Building and Maintaining good relationships with everyone around you and a support system brings in a lot of good energy. Good energy and vibrations are addictive.
  • Satisfaction and Contentment
    • Each one of us has an ideal style of life that we want to lead. Several factors come into play (personality, environment, experiences to name a few) as you create this imaginary picture in your mind. Think about the important things that matter to you – that core of your ideal life style and try to works towards it. When you consciously make an effort to work your way towards your ideal self, you will have a great deal of satisfaction and contentment.
  • Giving back
    • Giving back and serving others brings immense amount of joy. There is no measure to giving back. Any act that helps someone else does count. Build a habit of giving back in any way or form that you can.

  • Stress
    • In this busy world, everyone is trying to do more than they can. Multitasking has become the way of doing things which results in Chronic Stress. Chronic stress is one of the main causes of serious health problems. and is not a needed spice in your life. You will not miss it if you don’t have it. One should have proper discipline to be able to accomplish anything. Stick to your plan and take accountability for your actions. This will reduce Stress, gives your more time and energy.
  • Pessimism
    • As positive energy is contagious, so is negative energy. If you are the kind of person who sees the glass half empty, you will probably see the negative side of all the things. Though being too optimistic is not ideal, being pessimistic drains your energy and will not help you see the brighter side. You may be missing out on opportunities.
  • Control Freak
    • Understand and accept the fact that you cannot control everything around you. Accepting this fact itself reduces a tremendous amount of overload on your mind and body. Let go of your ego/anger/hatred when things/others do not work the way you want them to. Instead, strategically plan on the things that you can work on. Come up with a system, train and delegate tasks and try to be more effective and efficient. Be a leader and let others look up to you.
