    2. Articulate the task – Give them discrete steps on what you expect them to do and when you will consider the task to be complete and successful. Make sure they get the bigger picture which helps them get creative and innovation as they perform the assigned tasks.
    3. Given them feedback from time to time – throughout the process without micromanaging them.
